Covid lockdowns have created a very stressful situation for our backs. Not only have many people been working from home but also watched more TV as well as hours of gaming.

Due to this situation our backs are starting to tell us that they have had enough! When our back gets angry our muscles aren't shy in telling us they are not happy!  


With over 20 years of taking care of clients back health, I want to share the  8 exercises that I have used to realign posture along with strengthening the back and core. 

With a one hour session, you will learn the exercises with precise form,  I will take a look at your current work area to suggest improvements as well as tips that can help you get through your day without back and neck discomfort. The exercises are to be done 4-5 days a week and will only take 15 minutes. 

The one hour session can be done at your home or by video call.
The cost is $75 and along with the program an accountability form will be provided to help create consistency throughout your week.
