Here's a fun challenge to stop the daydreaming or just in general the dislike of cardio.
First off, whoever said you had to stay on one piece of equipment for a good workout? Spice it up!!!! Pick 3 pieces of cardio equipment and listen to 3 songs on each machine! Voila... there you have 30 minutes of cardio completed!
No more staring at the time, daydreaming or cardio eyes (similar to highway eyes). Enjoy the music and stay focused!
